Rev. Delinda Jeronimo
Born in California and raised mostly in Ulysses, Kansas I have been blessed with many incredible opportunities to serve Christ. Having a passion for my faith, my family, missions, young people and music has taken me all over the world.
I traveled in a public relations singing group while in college and went through Russia and the Ukraine twice touring with the jazz band from MidAmerica Nazarene University playing trumpet. I’m a vocalist first but enjoy playing trumpet and piano and dabbling in a few other instruments.
I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2003 with a BA in Church Music/Music Education, endorsed ESOL teacher, and am an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene.
I taught elementary general music and band for four years in Topeka, served as youth pastor to Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene in Topeka, Kansas, served as a missionary to East Timor with Nazarenes in Volunteer Service teaching English and some music classes, spent two years on the Navajo reservation at Sun Valley Indian School where I served teaching music, 5th and 6th grade for a time, was the chaplain, music leader and a dorm parent. I have also been a part of several work and witness trips.
In East Timor I picked up the best souvenir I’ve ever come home with; my husband and best friend Andy. We have been married for four years.
We are excited and blessed to serve at Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene as children's pastor!
