How should I prepare my kids?
Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into our Kids Ministry using the tablets in the hallway leading into Kids Crossing. Children will all use the same check-in system for both Nursery (birth through four years old) and Kids Crossing (4 Years through 6th Grade).
On the tablet, type in your child’s first or last name. If there are multiple children in your family, they will all come up as one family unit. Please select any children that are checking in for that day, and select either Nursery or Kids Crossing. If there is a diaper bag that you will be leaving with the child, there is an option to print out an extra label for the bag.
After selecting all the children you are checking in, pressing “Done” will prompt it to print out the labels. There will be one name tag for each child, an additional one for a diaper bag (if selected), and a security tag for a parent/guardian. Each child’s name tag will have a 4 character security code that matches up with the parent’s tag (this will be verified by the volunteers at pickup for safety reasons), and any medical concerns or allergies that you have disclosed to us.
